Description

This it what happens when you cant go to bed and you are bored at 5 am.

I thought I'd paint some more penitence concept art (because there is never enough).

My and my colleagues are finally gonna self publish this bad boy this year, starting with a 12 page preview that I will be selling. We will debut it at the Big Apple Con (if all goes according to planed)

Hope you all like it.

Hello,
Other's were confused as to why I asked for a critique on this piece but here it is, there is alot that work's well in the work, and also some that doesn't, we can start with the lighting, it's on point, everywhere except inside the cape, I don't understand how the body can cast no shadow or have no contact with the cloth and still be attatched, perhaps a defense may be of the movement but that could be easily fixed. Secondly, the muscle structure, you do so well in your other pieces with it, but both the pose and the locations seem like they were thrown together, a prime example would be the flat feet. The body works well, and the contours are shaped nicely also, it seems you started with the head / body and worked from there, but I think more thought is needed in the rest of the piece. Still very nice though, just my two cent's =]
